We’ve had a lot of clips from Vicky Kaushal’s extreme training sessions lately and of course we’re not complaining. The actor posted some flexing pictures after training, but this time we saw him in action. Vicky recently went to his Instagram account and shared a video of himself working out at the gym.

The clip we’re talking about shows the actor’s jumps. In the clip he jumps on the mats three times and to be honest we’re impressed because it’s not easy given the height of the mats. For the session, the 32-year-old wore white training shorts over black yoga pants and a simple black t-shirt. He completed his look with a pair of white training shoes and a black papa hat.

As you turn up the volume on the clip, you’ll hear the song Aaj Main Upar from the movie Khamoshi: The Musical in the background, which we think is extremely funny. The actor released the training video with the headline “Today’s Mood! #Reels #boxjumps @mustafa_thebull_ahmed (sic)”.

Not long ago he also shared a video of himself on a horse. The actor had titled the video, “Walking and Trotting. Back to Basics. (Sic)”. If the sources are to be believed, Vicky is taking riding lessons for his role in the upcoming film Takht. Let me tell you, however, that horse riding is also one of the best types of cardio workouts. Yes, you can read that again.

Check out some of the other pictures Vicky shared from his workouts:

On the labor front, Vicky Kaushal was last seen in the 2020 publication Bhoot – Part One: The Haunted Ship. He is currently working on his upcoming projects which include Sardar Udham Singh and The Great Indian Family.
