Escondido (KUSI) – Fitness Icon Clark Bertram joined Elizabeth Alvarez of KUSI at Good Morning San Diego to discuss three simple steps to starting a personalized fitness program.
Bertram says that regardless of your age or fitness level, you can create a fitness program that suits your needs.
He added that he is focused on what he can do, not what he can’t.
