Rick Bennett of HUDSON, Ohio – Sapphire Creek Winery and Gardens offers a free live, virtual cooking program with a focus on fish through the Hudson Library & Historical Society.
The program is Monday, May 24th, 7:00 p.m. Bennett, head chef at Chagrin Falls winery, demonstrates various dishes and guides viewers to cook different types of fish.
Bennett is from Ravenna and has worked with Brandt Evans at Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern and Lola Bistro with Michael Symon, among others.
