Fortunately, the ways to maintain our sanity are endless. Some common ways a person can show a commitment to mental wellbeing during the pandemic include self-care, spending time on their favorite activities, and connecting with friends and family for a strong support network.
Emphasize positive eating habits
Michael is a proponent of eliminating the notion of “good” and “bad” foods, but he notes that certain eating habits can be better for us than others.
Details of what is best for our physiology can depend on many factors. Still, adequate amounts of fruits, vegetables, grains, and proteins are a good start to a healthy diet.
When it comes to sticking to these eating habits, Michael Syrojeschin recommends taking as much guesswork out of the process as possible. The pandemic has seen a surge in fitness methods that creatively incorporate technology, with Peloton standing out as a prime example. Michael encourages those involved in fitness to remember that there are options that also require smaller financial commitments.
Some of Michael Syroyshin’s favorite methods of maintaining his health are often the simplest. Running, physical exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups, exercise, and weight exercises are some common ways to get into the swing of your workout without many of the associated costs.
