BEVERLY – Laken Figel from Caldwell opened her second Lifestyle Gym in Beverly on Saturday.

Beverly Mayor Jim Ullman, Beverly-Waterford Chamber of Commerce Director Sam Skinner, and Chamber Treasurer Sabrina Adkins were in attendance to greet the new company, as well as Figel’s mother Amy and grandmother Lois Starr.

The first Passionfit course in the new gym took place before the ribbon cutting ceremony with great interest.

A little over two years ago Figel opened her first lifestyle gym on the square in Caldwell.

“I have a list of communities I want to open gyms in, and I’m glad my second could be in Beverly.” said Figel. “I have several women from Beverly who have come to Caldwell for a class or training, and they were the most influential in choosing Beverly for my second gym. I’m excited to give the people of Beverly this opportunity and can’t wait to work with this community. “
