This Springs location of the growing Dog Haus chain opened in April 2017 and offers the brand’s fun mix of burgers, sausages, and hot dogs (with a guarantee of hormone- and antibiotic-free meat), as well as plant-based options.
The spot has popped into my mind since last summer when I was cooking on a TV for a couple of weeks with Dog Haus’s culinary director / sausage maker Adam Gertler (who is known to be a crazy grill magician).

Its creator is Sam the Cooking Guy, a YouTube star, and the all-beef dog is Asian-influenced with teriyaki sauce, tempura sprinkles, and wasabi furikake, which is caramelized onions with a mayo smear on a grilled King’s Hawaiian Bun connects. Nothing you don’t like here.
