‘Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere’. This lockdown gave me a second chance in life – to learn things I could never have imagined, perfect. Before that I had also worked and enjoyed it, but then I had to take a necessary break.
I spent time with my family. I understood the value of socializing with people and the need to meet loved ones.
My two main fears were driving and cooking perfectly. “Face the beasts,” said Swami Vivekananda. I used my time productively and gradually overcome my fears.
This lockdown taught me more than anything I’ve ever learned in my life. The importance of self-care, mental and physical health, and family ties.
I don’t think anything can stop a person from learning something new. I became more confident than before. If life gives me another chance, I’ll take a job.
